Texas Wine Trails Dinner at Reata Restaurant

Everyone who attended the Texas Wine Trails Dinner at Reata Restaurant in downtown Fort Worth last night had a great time. Here Rick Naber, owner of Flat Creek Estate www.flatcreekestate.com talks about his vineyard and Flat Creek Estate’s Super Texan, a wine made from the Sangiovese grape. The twelve different wines were paired with a menu that included steaks, crawfish and quail.

On Tuesday March 1st at the Central Market in Fort Worth, Reata Restaurant Chef Juan Rodriguez will be teaching a class at the cooking School. Tempt your taste buds with these delicious dishes from one of Ft. Worth’s favorite restaurants. Reata opened in Alpine in 1995 and downtown Fort Worth in 1996 offering great steaks, Southwestern cuisine and seafood.
