Overlooking the coliseum, the Backstage Club has an extensive history of dining and social gathering for more than 50 years, and has been frequented by politicians, movie stars and other celebrities. A full-service restaurant offering both lunch and dinner, Reata at the Rodeo features many of the legendary western menu items from its downtown location, including Pan-Seared Pepper-Crusted Tenderloin with Port Wine Glaze, Charbroiled Rib Eye with Cook’s Butter and Carne Asada topped with Cheese Enchiladas.

La Espuela is a fast casual Mexican restaurant featuring Reata’s Beef Tenderloin Tamales, Tortilla Soup, and Beef and Chicken Enchiladas. La Espuela is Reata’s third restaurant at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo and will provide all of its guests with a truly unique dining experience.

ALL-WESTERN PARADE - GET YOUR RESERVED SEATING
On Saturday January 19, the world’s largest all-western parade will roll through downtown at 11 a.m. The NEW parade route begins at the Courthouse, heads south on Commerce Street and turns West on 9th Street. From there, the procession then proceeds North on Houston Street and ends at the Tarrant County Courthouse. What’s more? Attending the parade is and will always be free to the public, but for the first time in Stock Show history there will be limited reserved seating available for advance purchase. WHIPLASH RIDES AGAIN
For the first time in 5 years, Whiplash the famous cowboy monkey will ride again on the back of his trusty mount – a Border Collie – during the World’s Original Indoor Rodeo®, January 24 – February 9. JUNIOR AGRICULTURAL MECHANICS PROJECT SHOW
Don’t miss the newest event in the Junior Show this year, presented by State Farm Insurance®. The Junior Ag Mechanics Show allows hard working 4-H and FFA students to show off their mechanical skills at this all-new competition. Projects are created and exhibited based on six categories: Agriculture Machinery and Equipment, Livestock Equipment, Outdoor Recreational and Convenience (smokers, fryers, fire pits, etc.), Wildlife Equipment, Trailers and Farm and Ranch Restoration (including tractors 1970 and older and horse drawn vehicles and equipment).
