Central-Market-150x150On October 18th join Reata Chef Juan Rodriguez for a cooking class at Central Market in Fort Worth.  Juan will be demonstrating how to make Coastal Crab Cakes with an Avocado Cream Tartar Sauce, Pan-seared, Pepper-crusted Tenderloin with a Port Wine Sauce (Attendees will make the Sauce.) and West Texas Pecan Pie.
