Culinary Plaza in Sundance Square - March 29, 2014
On Saturday, March 29 from 10am – 6pm free cooking demonstrations will be held in the new pavilion in the heart of the Sundance Square Plaza. The Fort Worth + Wine Festival has assembled an all-Star cast of chefs to conduct these demonstration classes (no tasting will be available). Schedule is listed below:

Lambert's Downtown BBQ, Dutch's - Lou Lambert will be preparing Mint Roast Lamb.
11:00 - 11:45AM - Spoon
Spoon - John Tesar will be preparing Seared Braised Beef Tongue, Salsa Verde, Arugula & Carmelized Onions.

Nonna Tata - Donatella will be preparing Tagliolini with Creamed Leeks & Shrimp.
