Culinary Plaza in Sundance Square - March 29, 2014

Lamberts Downtown BBQOn Saturday, March 29 from 10am – 6pm free cooking demonstrations will be held in the new pavilion in the heart of the Sundance Square Plaza.  The Fort Worth + Wine Festival has assembled an all-Star cast of chefs to conduct these demonstration classes (no tasting will be available).  Schedule is listed below:

Lambert's Downtown BBQ, Dutch's - Lou Lambert will be preparing Mint Roast Lamb.

11:00 - 11:45AM - Spoon

Spoon - John Tesar will be preparing Seared Braised Beef Tongue, Salsa Verde, Arugula & Carmelized Onions.

12:00 - 12:45PM - Nonna Tata

Nonna Tata - Donatella will be preparing Tagliolini with Creamed Leeks & Shrimp.

1:00 - 1:45PM - Barter

Barter - Andrew Dilda will be preparing Breakfast Sausage.

2:00 - 2:45PM - Grace

Grace/Little Red Wasp - Blaine Staniford will be preparing Chorizo Stuffed Dates.

3:00 - 3:45PM - Bird Cafe

Bird Cafe - David McMillan will be preparing Sabzi Khordan.

4:00 - 4:45PM - Clay Pigeon

Clay Pigeon - Marcus Paslay will be preparing Pasta Carbonara.

5:00 - 5:45PM - Ellerbe

Ellerbe - Molly McCook will be preparing Sauteed Louisiana Gulf Shrimp & Kale.
