Located just off the main dining area, the stately San Jose Room offers a comfortable combination of visibility and privacy. High ceilings and oversized wood furnishings make a grand impression, while soft lighting and warm, muted colors create an inviting atmosphere. Up to 12 guests can be seated around the rustic rectangular dining table that graces the San Jose Room.
As its Spanish moniker implies, El Corazon is a private dining experience in the heart of our restaurant. A single table in the center of the main dining area is enclosed with full-length windowed panels, creating an intimate space that also manages to provide a constant connection with the unmistakable ambience of Reata. El Corazon comfortably accommodates up to 12 seated guests.
Stock Show Room
In honor of Fort Worth’s “Legendary” Stock Show and Rodeo, which started back in 1896, the Stock Show Room glorifies the proud heritage the finest cowboys and cowgirls that have showed and performed in its arenas. The room is ideal for business functions and casual celebrations alike. The spacious layout makes the Stock Show Room one of our most versatile spaces, with room for up to 20 guests at two tables or by dividing the room with a partition to accommodate two private groups of 8-10 guests.
Just off the Library Bar on the main level of the restaurant, you’ll find a cozy cowboy hideaway with colorful displays of some of the most unusual Justin Boots ever made-like custom-made Texas Christian University boots, or a rare pair of Western footwear with built-in roller skates. This offbeat, yet elegant room is the namesake of Justin Boots founder and Fort Worth legend John Justin, and seats up to 20 guests at two tables.
Who would have guessed that the most breathtaking view of downtown Fort Worth would be from a private dining space below street level? The 35th Floor, which seats up to 60 guests (six per table), re-creates the view from our original Fort Worth location with dramatic floor-to-ceiling panoramic photos. This conveniently self-contained space has its own private restrooms, elevator, and kitchen facilities, and even offers built-in audio/visual amenities and Internet connectivity.
Our third-level terrace, known as Caballo Canyon, is the perfect place to celebrate with friends, family, or business colleagues. With its lush landscaping, soothing waterfall, and trademark grotto, this outdoor overlook has the look and feel of a vacation getaway south of the border. Caballo Canyon can easily accommodate up to 75 guests for a buffet reception.
Just one look at Reata’s Sunset Deck, and you’ll understand why it’s our most popular private dining space. This breezy rooftop venue elevates your event four stories above the sights and sounds of Sundance Square, providing the perfect vantage point from which to see and be seen. Our open-air covered patio accommodates up to 86 guests (six per table) for a seated dinner, or up to 100 for a buffet reception.
The Dome (“Luna Vista”)
If you’ve ever visited Sundance Square, chances are you’ve seen the Dome, called “Luna Vista” — a funky and fun geodesic dome perched atop Reata’s rooftop deck. This fully enclosed, climate-controlled dome accommodates up to 100 guests (four per table) for a seated dinner, or up to 100 for a buffet reception.
For larger special events, Reata will gladly reserve our entire rooftop and outdoor dining areas. Together, our Sunset Deck, Luna Vista Dome, Rooftop Bar, and Caballo Canyon can accommodate up to 400 guests in a reception setting.
